Feature suggestions, bug reports, content corrections and business enquiries are all welcome. Every message is read by the team, and most get a reply within a few business days.
Report a tool problem
If a tool misbehaves, include as much of the following as you can; it speeds up diagnosis:
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome 130 on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone);
- The steps you took: what you clicked, what you entered, what you expected versus what actually happened;
- For file tools, the approximate size and format of the file. No need to attach the file itself;
- The original text of any error message shown on the page;
- If the issue only appeared after an update, a line saying it persists after clearing the cache helps us rule out stale assets.
Confirmed issues are fixed, re-run through the automated test suite and redeployed, usually within a few working days. Formula changes are documented on the affected page.
Suggest a feature
Want a tool we do not have yet? Describe the scenario you are trying to solve. We prioritise by real demand and by whether the task suits local, in-browser processing. Accepted requests ship with the next update and enter the sitemap.
Content corrections
Spotted an error in a guide article, a tool explanation or a calculation formula? Corrections are treated with the same priority as tool defects. Where appropriate we credit the correction on the page (anonymously if you prefer). Standard and formula changes come with a source.
Common questions
How fast do you reply?
Most messages get an answer within a few business days. Complex reports take longer, but every message is handled.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Every tool runs locally in your browser, so inputs and files never touch a server. See the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once a page has loaded, processing happens on your machine, and losing the network does not interrupt an open tool.
Why is there no account system?
No accounts means nothing to store and nothing to leak. Best scores, theme and language preferences stay in your own browser.
Can I republish the content?
Non-commercial quoting is welcome with attribution and a link. The tools themselves are free to use without permission.
